Experienced Multi-Manufacturer Decontamination Equipment Trained Engineers

Our team of field based engineers are Competent Persons (Decontamination) manufacturer trained in maintenance and diagnostic duties for all major UK, US and European brands of medical decontamination equipment. These include washer disinfectors, sterilizers, automated endoscope reprocessors, ultrasonics, gas plasmas and other peripheral products.

The company has a comprehensive training programme to ensure the engineers are kept up to date with the latest regulations including Department of Health HTM 01-01 through HTM 01-06 publications, Health & Safety protocols, industry and product advancements. Our engineers are registered with the Engineering Council and are members of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management.

Depending upon their individual areas of medical decontamination expertise and location, our engineers work in teams to provide a ‘one call does it all’ service for busy sterile services departments operating varied multi-manufacturer medical decontamination equipment.

All work undertaken by the engineers is performed site whenever possible. Our engineers have company cars and carry all the necessary tools and parts to undertake most procedures whilst on site.

If they do not have the required spare parts of consumables, our head office can arrange prompt delivery of them to minimise the downtime of the medical decontamination equipment they are working on.
