Service Contact Schemes for Medical Decontamination Equipment
Medical decontamination service contract schemes provide our clients with the peace of mind that their decontamination equipment is being correctly maintained and serviced according to Department of Health HTM 01-01 through HTM 01-06 protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
Our service contract schemes are flexible and can be customised to meet with our clients individual requirements.
Comprehensive service contract schemes will include up to four planned maintenance visits a year that will include the servicing, validation testing of medical decontamination equipment including autoclaves, sterilizers, washer disinfectors, automated endoscope reprocessors, ultrasonics, gas plasmas and other related peripheral equipment.
The decontamination testing includes validation tests to HTM 01-01 through HTM 01-06 protocols and emergency breakdown call outs can also be included guaranteeing an Audere engineer being on site within 24 hours or sooner if required.
What are the benefits of a Service Contract Scheme?
Well maintained and regularly serviced medical decontamination equipment will be less prone to breakdowns thereby minimising ‘downtime’ and disruption to operations and patients appointments.
Sterilisation levels are maintained at optimum levels safeguarding users and patients
The Health and Safety of the medical decontamination equipment users is upheld
Clients are allocated their own secure area within the Audere database where service and validation reports are uploaded and available to view or download 24/7 and can also be accessed (when permissions are provided) by Authorised Engineers (Decontamination).
