Audere Medical Services Limited has been working with this NHS Trust hospital for over five years and have established a very good relationship with them. We service and validate all their decontamination equipment across the various sites.
We provide 24 hour breakdown cover and respond to call outs within four hours to help the department reduce any downtime should any of their equipment fail.
Due to the size of this contract, our engineers and technicians are often on site sometimes 5 days a week, testing and maintaining the equipment.
The quality of the work we have provided has also resulted in Audere Medical Services Limited being contracted to undertake other works including repairs and installations to filtration systems for washers, water sampling and testing and steam and purity testing. We have also started testing automated endoscopy reprocessors.
